In other news today, Tony Blair, former English Prime Minister,
admitted to OCWI (Operating a Country While Intoxicated) and also
called for attacking Iran if it developed nuclear weapons. I'll leave it to you to draw your own connections between the two stories.
I thought OCWI was a requirement for British PM's.
